With several major project wins, we're expanding and seeking an experienced Structure Foreman to join our team in 2026 and help grow our structural division.

The Role
You will oversee the full structural delivery of mid-rise and high-rise projects, ensuring program, quality, safety, and team performance across all structural stages—from retention and basements to formwork and superstructure.
What We're Looking For
* 15 years or more of site-based experience, backed by proven structural foreman leadership.
* Background with Tier 1 or Tier 2 builders preferred
* Experience delivering full structure packages $10M+
* Trade qualified with strong leadership and people management skills
* Ability to coordinate trades, staff, subcontractors, and daily site activities
* Strong planning skills—able to manage programs and meet pour deadlines
* Ability to read/interpret plans and maintain accurate reporting
* Sound understanding of OH&S and proven ability to uphold site safety
* Tech-savvy (iPad/computer literate)
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and supervise all structural works from start to finish
* Plan daily/weekly tasks and oversee workforce allocation
* Manage structural program milestones and pour sequences
* Monitor manpower, resources, and subcontractor performance
* Maintain site safety, quality standards, and compliance
* Report progress daily to the Construction Director and Site Manager
* Assist with cost control and ensure works stay within budget
* Solve problems proactively and maintain strong site relationships
