About the Role
· Lead, mentor and inspire a high-performing sales team across new and pre-owned vehicles
· Drive sales performance, profitability, and stock management
· Maintain and elevate our customer experience standards
· Work closely with senior leadership to execute growth strategies
· Oversee dealership operations in a fast-moving, high-volume environment
What We're Looking For
· Proven sales leadership experience with a strong track record of results
· Previous automotive management experience (highly regarded)
· Strong ability to lead, coach and develop teams
· Experience with Pentana systems (preferred)
· Demonstrated focus on customer satisfaction and retention
· High energy, accountability, and a results-driven mindset
