We are seeking a candidate with online bidding experience in Web IT who generates leads through different platforms. The person will be responsible for getting leads from different portals and helping the company to grow and build some offshore clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Building competitive portfolios on portals to generate leads.
* Dealing with international clients.
* Identifying new leads.
* Developing proposal documents to facilitate bidding processes.
* Managing & coordinating information within the team to arrive at an accurate bid.
* Developing, maintaining, and providing feedback for customer process documentation.
* Communicating effectively both in verbal and written form, as well as having an overall ability to be clear and concise in all communication.
* Exploring and developing new business opportunities and understanding client's requirements and acquisition.
* Communicating new project opportunities to existing & potential clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Prior experience with different bidding portals such as UPWORK, Freelancer, PPH, Fiverr, Guru, and Email Marketing is essential.
* Candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* A strong knowledge of Web Development Companies is required.
* The ideal candidate should be able to find new clients, get deals finalized, and coordinate with the technical team on deliverables.
* In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events is necessary.
* Sound knowledge of IT terminologies like Web development, SEO / Digital Marketing is essential.
* An IT background is preferred.
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or similar is preferred.
* Excellent interpersonal skills for Account Handling and Relationship Building are necessary.
* Proactive individuals with excellent convincing skills are required.
