 
        
        The Grosvenor Hotel is looking for a passionate and energetic Sous Chef or Juniour Sous to come and join our historic inner-city pub!
We are looking for a chef who will primarily work on the pass ensuring exceptional food quality. However, you will need to be capable of working all stations, confident in the training of the team and be able to effectively manage stock ordering.
Our kitchen runs on good people and a team, a love for food and produce is a must and the rest can be taught to to the right chef.

What We’re Looking For 
- Experience: You’ve got at least 3 years of chef experience under your belt, with ideally part of it as a Sous Chef.
- Leadership: We need someone who can lead, inspire, and keep the energy high.
- Commitment: We’re looking for someone in it for the long haul. If you’re ready to grow with us, develop yourself and leave your mark on one of Perth's oldest Pub's, we want to hear from you.
- Education: A Certificate III Commercial Cookery/ Patisserie Qualification is beneficial
- Availability: Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster, including nights and weekends.
- Safe Work Practices: A robust focus on food hygiene, safety systems and holds a Food Handling Certificate.
