Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Employment Consultant at our Queanbeyan, NSW location. The Employment Consultant will be responsible for job coaching, developing job search strategies, and providing career counseling to job seekers. Duties also include case management, conducting interviews, shortlisting candidates, and managing employment offers. The consultant will work closely with businesses to ensure proper job placements and provide ongoing support to both the employer and employee.
Qualifications
* Experience in job coaching, job search strategies, and career counseling
* Skills in case management and candidate accompaniment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and manage client cases efficiently
* Prior experience in recruitment or employment services is advantageous
* Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Social Work, or related fields are desirable
