**THE COMPANY**
Our client, are an Australian owned and operated family business who provide quality produce to their customers within the hospitality industry. Founded in 2008, they are now a market leading food provider, sourcing the best quality ingredients and providing outstanding service to their customer network in Melbourne Metro and regional Victoria.
**THE ROLE**
- Processing customer orders via in-house system
- Confidently liaise internally and externally with our transport, warehouse and sales team to ensure our customer deliveries are completed in the expected timeframe
- Data entry
- Retrieving data from internal app system
- Provide general administrative support with an emphasis on accuracy
- Generate sales and promote products and services on offer
- This is working Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:00pm + OT when required
**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Proficient in data entry
- Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft office and CRM Software
- Current Driver's licence and reliable transport
