**About the Company**:
Our client is National leading investment advice firm focused on providing tailored bespoke investment advice to all clients. They are experiencing exponential growth and are looking for an experienced Investment adviser assistant with wholesale client experience to join their Brisbane office.
**The Role**:
- Timely and accurate implementation of all advice documents
- Attend client meetings with the Investment Advisers to build a genuine relationship with clients
- Buy and sell stocks, place trades, portfolio management, manage bonds, etc.
- Develop and maintain client relationships ensuring client queries are answered
- Detailed understanding of client portfolio to deliver a detailed response
- Prepare all advice documents including Fee Disclosure Statements, ongoing service agreements, invoices and relevant paperwork
- Complete adhoc tasks and work on best practice strategies

**Skills & Experience**:
- Must have experience in the Financial Planning Industry
- Strong MS Office, Excel experience
- Exposure to wholesale/family office clients is desirable
- Bechelor Degree/relevant industry accreditation is desirable
- Experience with Financial Planning software; XPLAN, COIN, etc.
- Excellent telephone manner and relationship management skills
