We are seeking a dedicated and welcoming Access & Enquiry Officer to provide excellent guidance and a positive experience for clients, families, carers, and service providers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for responding promptly and professionally to client and stakeholder enquiries via phone, email, and in-person, maintaining a welcoming, inclusive, and accessible reception environment across genU sites, and assisting with general administrative tasks including mail distribution, data entry, and document handling.
