Support Worker Job
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be working with individuals who have neurodivergent conditions such as ADHD and ASD.

You will work closely with clients, their families, and other stakeholders to develop and implement personalized support plans that focus on skill development, social connections, and meaningful activities.
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for creating a safe and inclusive environment that promotes the well-being and empowerment of our clients.
This role requires a Certificate III in Individual Disability Support or a relevant qualification, as well as current first aid and CPR certification. A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are also essential.
