About the Role

What You Bring
We're seeking a strategic, commercially minded leader with deep expertise in operational technology and cybersecurity who thrives in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
* Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
* 10+ years' experience in leading OT, industrial automation, or cybersecurity.
* Proven senior leadership experience in complex industrial environments.
* Strong financial acumen with P&L ownership and risk mitigation expertise.
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
* Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams.
* Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
* C Class Driver's Licence.
* Industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GICSP).
* Experience in multi-site or national organisations.
* Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
