We have an exciting opportunity for a Campaign Optimisation Manager to join our Brand and Channels team.
You'll play a crucial role across the team in being tasked to deliver and monitor a number of digital media campaigns, for the national Masterplanned Communities and Land Lease Communities Always On program, resulting in contributing to business unit objectives.
**About the role**
Your role will be Operational, driving efficiency and accuracy of digital campaign implementation and reporting and Tactical, translating digital campaign data into insights and recommendations which increase quality enquiry volume.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Working with the Digital Marketing Manager, Social Media Marketing Manager and Stockland's agencies to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to ensure that all Stockland assets enhance brand and business unit objectives. This includes channels such as Social, Display and Search.
- Liaise with internal Marketing Managers across the country and Stockland's agencies to brief in new and updated creative across all digital campaigns.
- Consistently track and analyse the performance of campaigns to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, becoming fluent using the various tools and dashboards available to report frequently and in detail on performance of campaigns (ie: FB Business Manager)
- Respond to internal and external queries about digital marketing performance with confidence and accuracy.
- Build relationships with key stakeholder groups (ie internal marketing teams, production agency, media agency and other partners) as required to achieve outstanding digital campaigns in a manner that enhances the image and reputation of Stockland.
**About you**
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or equivalent
- Experience working in a client role managing a significant performance media budget - including involvement in media planning, buying and implementation including production and creative, reporting and analysis OR experience working in a performance media role within a media agency
- Strong competency of the following digital channels - Social, Display, Search from both the media and production/creative perspective
- Data driven analysis and thinking (experience dealing with data using excel as well as digital dashboard)
- Exposure to direct response campaigns and understanding of funnel marketing
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills as well as the ability to multi-task effectively across various projects
- Strong verbal and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
