We're seeking motivated Site Engineers to join a growing civil contractor delivering projects across Sydney's South West. You'll work closely with experienced Site Managers, Project Managers, Supervisors, and Surveyors, playing a hands-on role in delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Interpret drawings, specifications, and WHS/environmental requirements
Support quality, safety, and environmental management plans
Assist with toolbox talks, inspections, and site documentation
Monitor construction programs and site activities
Coordinate procurement to keep works on schedule
Track progress, plant, and resources to improve productivity and cost control
About You
Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
Civil construction experience (residential subdivisions or bulk earthworks preferred)
White Card and Driver Licence
Strong safety focus and communication skills
Proactive, organised, and confident taking initiative
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM-based systems
