Job Title: Workplace and Wellbeing Specialist

The Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley is seeking a qualified Workplace and Wellbeing Specialist to join our Human Resources and Safety Team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who shares our Values of Safety, Teamwork, Accountability, Communication, and Respect. You will play a key role in delivering accurate and timely generalist human resources, safety and wellbeing services and support across the organisation, in accordance with relevant legislation, organisational directives and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high quality customer service and build strong working relationships across the organisation.
- Manage HR and Recruitment queries via inboxes and provide timely feedback on existing and proposed HR processes, procedures and initiatives where needed.
- Maintain relevant records, information and databases and provide accurate standard and non-standard reports and analytics to others within the immediate Department team where requested.

Essential Qualifications:
- A qualification in Human Resources, Employment Law, Safety or other relevant discipline (minimum Diploma level).
- Current unrestricted WA Driver's Licence.

Requirements:
