OUR ROLE
As a member of our Managed Services team, you will be a key member of managing the successful delivery of our Agile Managed Services to our growing client base. This is a critical role essential to the client experience with xAmplify and you act as a key representative of the xAmplify culture and delivery capability. This will include but not be limited to:
• Oversee delivery and ensure service levels and key metrics are met
• Build relationships and rapport with key client stakeholders
• Actively monitor the performance of xAmplify delivery team
• Provide reporting in alignment with contractual obligations
• Provide a continuous improvement, innovation and optimisation mindset to the services
• Focus on enabling key business outcomes for our customers
• Act as primary contact and escalation point for the delivery of contracted services
LOCATION & HOURS
This role operates 100% on client site which is located in Canberra, ACT, therefore we are seeking candidates based in this location only. You will also need to have the flexibility to provide support coverage outside of normal business hours if required as this role will be part of an on-call roster.
KEY ELIGIBILITY
• As you will be working to a Federal Government client, we are seeking Australian Citizens who have an active NV1 or higher security clearance.

• ITIL foundational certification
• Recent experience in the delivery of relevant IT managed services
• Experience delivering in an Agile methodology and framework
