What You’ll Be Doing
As a IT Applications Support, you will:
* Provide frontline support by receiving, triaging, escalating and resolving incidents across business applications (ERP, CRM, OEM systems, Dynamics 365).
* Act as the key liaison with system partners for expense management, HRIS and OEM platforms (John Deere, Vermeer, Stihl, Paccar).
* Build strong working relationships with internal IT teams, including RDO USA, to support shared application stacks.
* Maintain accurate documentation, including incident records, resolutions and knowledge‑base articles.
* Image, deploy, troubleshoot and manage IT hardware and mobile devices, including asset lifecycle management.
* Travel to branch locations across Australia when required to support system, equipment and user needs
* Deliver expert service and support to our customers and partners
* Contribute to a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:
* Strong customer service focus with excellent communication skills.
* Advanced problem‑solving capability and ability to learn quickly.
* Experience with ERP/CRM systems and broad knowledge of Microsoft technologies.
* High attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset.
* Versatility across cloud infrastructure concepts, Windows environments, Active Directory and Group Policy.
* Is safety conscious, solutions focused, and ready to grow
* A proactive team player who takes ownership and drives results
* Hold a driving license
