About the Opportunities
We are seeking a Stores Supervisor to lead the re-establishment and optimisation of our site stores function as we prepare for production restart.
Reporting to the General Manager, this role will be responsible for rebuilding stores infrastructure, establishing effective processes, and ensuring our site is equipped with the materials and systems required to support safe and efficient operations.
This is a key role in setting up our stores capability from restart through to steady-state operations, with a strong focus on organisation, reliability, and continuous improvement.
This is a Darwin-based residential role on a 5:2 roster, offering the opportunity to be home every night.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the setup and re-establishment of stores facilities and systems on our site
* Develop and implement efficient inventory and materials management processes
* Ensure availability of critical parts, consumables, and operational materials
* Manage procurement coordination and supplier engagement where required
* Oversee receipting, storage, issuing, and stock control activities
* Maintain accurate inventory records and reporting systems
* Drive continuous improvement across stores operations and efficiency
About You
You are an experienced stores or warehouse leader who thrives in build and restart environments, with a focus on structure, process, and efficiency.
You will bring:
1. Experience in a supervisory stores, warehouse, or logistics role
2. Background in mining, construction, or heavy industry environments
3. Relevant high-risk licences and tickets (e.g. Forklift / High
