Job Description
o Drive sales of power generation products across QLD, NSW, NT, and the Pacific.
o Prepare and manage tenders for projects valued $100k to $1.5m.
o Oversee project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and specification adherence.
o Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and new business.
o Provide technical support and collaborate with internal teams and clients.
o Monitor market trends to inform sales strategies and achieve growth targets.
The Successful Applicant
o Technical Expertise : Strong background in electrical engineering or power generation.
o Tender Experience : Proven ability to prepare and manage tenders effectively.
o Project Management : Skilled in overseeing projects from initiation to completion.
o Business Development : Capable of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
o Customer-Focused : Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage all business levels.
o Self-Starter : Independent, proactive, and able to think on their feet.
o Travel Ready : Willing to travel 10% of the time across assigned territories.
o Stable and Resilient : Demonstrates commitment and resilience in previous roles.
o Technical Sales : Experience in technical or project-based sales, particularly in power generation.
