About the Role
We are seeking an experienced facilities manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing operational strategies aligned with organizational goals, supervising maintenance requirements and managing after-hours client services.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 3 years' experience in facility management or a related field, preferably with government or corporate sector clients. Strong oral and written communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and strong overall computer skills, are essential. Knowledge of HSE requirements, Australian Standards and vendor management for specialized services is also necessary.
You should have a basic understanding of technical property aspects and fixed maintainable assets. The ability to obtain and maintain AGSVA clearance and associated entity clearances is required. As an Australian citizen, you may hold tertiary qualifications in building/facility management or business administration, but this is not essential.
