**The Opportunity**
As a State Stores Manager, you are responsible for the operation and management of multiple channels to market, including 5 company owned Dulux trade centres (with direct employees), independent franchise managers and depots, along with servicing several trades facing SBUs (Decorative, PC, Textures, Selleys, Emer and Avista)
You will ensure that the state network is structured to deliver maximum profitability, coverage, and accessibility for different customers, whilst taking into consideration current needs and future growth opportunities.
**Experience in managing retail outlets and/or franchise networks is imperative for success. We are looking for someone to bring an innovative approach and a fresh outlook to our stores.**
**What you will bring**:
- Ability to develop effective working relationships with all people, and to lead and influence people.
- Coaching and mentoring capabilities to support and develop the team.
- Previous experience managing HR processes such as performance management and disciplinary procedures.
- Strong management experience, within a sales and/or marketing environment.
