The ideal candidate will have a strong skill set within Industrial Relations, providing expert advisory services on HR, IR, and employment matters to employees and leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administer and coordinate the delivery of a comprehensive suite of HR services across sites.
2. Provide advice on HR, IR, and employment matters to employees and leaders.
3. Lead grievance/dispute resolution, disciplinary, and performance management processes.
4. Optimise HR capability through training, auditing, and coaching.
5. Contribute to HR improvement projects.
6. Coordinate workforce planning, recruitment, and selection processes.
7. Provide comprehensive Industrial Relations advice.
8. Support effective engagement with external stakeholders.
About You:
* You will have significant experience in delivering comprehensive HR/IR services.
* Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.
* You will have proven ability to manage complex employee matters.
* Experience interpreting industrial instruments and employment legislation.
