About the Role Chisholm is seeking an experienced and student-focused teacher to join our Senior Secondary College. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering education practices that reflect the most effective way to engage learners. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with well-developed skills in transferring knowledge, including the ability to research, select and use a wide range of learning resources and assessment tools. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the curriculum and a passion for teaching and learning. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff and parents. This is a full-time, fixed-term position until 24 July 2026. The salary is $78,564 - 111,391 + superannuation. Location: Dandenong. Required Skills and Qualifications We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: * Registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT). * Approved tertiary qualification in Education with a major in a VCE / VCE VM related discipline or professional qualifications relevant to delivery of VCE /VCE VM core strands of study. * A record of VCE /VCE VM Competency, mapped to VCE/VCE VM Core Units engaged to deliver. * A record of Professional Currency, demonstrating current VCE /VCE VM (VCAL) teaching knowledge. * Registration with relevant professional bodies as required for the teaching discipline.
