The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Hospitality industry, with a strong background in Information Technology.
They should have a degree or diploma in Information Technology, MCSA, CCNA or equivalent, and excellent written and spoken English skills.
A good understanding of Oracle Opera, Synxis and OPI interfaces, Simphony POS, Delphi and Sun Accounting System is also essential.
Main Responsibilities
* Ensuring timely delivery of day-to-day support for all IT systems, business systems, office systems, computer networks, and telephony systems.
* Coordinating with vendors to optimize IT investments through quality user training and support.
* Maintaining IT budget within approved limits in collaboration with finance team.
* Collaborating with hotel GM and Operations team to meet guest service levels through IT infrastructure.
* Preparing and implementing Preventive Maintenance Schedules for IT hardware and software.
