Due to growth, a great opportunity is now available for an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant/Law Clerk to join this well regarded mid tier law firm who put their staff first and who pride themselves on their **down to earth nature and work/life balance.**
In this interesting role you will be an integral part of their professional and vibrant **Public Law and Regulatory Law team**, where your duties will include (among other things):
- preparing and typing legal papers and correspondence
- preparing subpoenas and arranging service
- preparing briefs for hearings
- liaising with clients, barristers, principals, interpreters and solicitors
- other tasks as required
**To succeed in this role you will have:
- **
- **_a minimum of 3 years legal secretarial experience in litigation law is essential_**:
- advanced word processing skills with high attention to detail
- a flexible attitude and an ability to work under pressure
- ability to work as part of a busy, friendly team
- knowledge of Elite, FileSite also preferable, but not essential, and knowledge of Caseflow highly regarded
