* Salary: $29.11 – $29.41 per hour + 25% casual loading – Casual, working over a 7‐day roster – WHA3

About the Role: Assist in providing exceptional care and support to residents in the Residential Care Home. Responsibilities include helping with personal hygiene, toileting, feeding, mobility support, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with bathing, showering, personal hygiene, dressing and grooming.
* Support toileting and continence management.
* Aid in feeding residents and help with mobility through transferring and lifting, including use of mechanical aides.
* Perform routine tasks such as bed making, cleaning equipment and aids, and distributing clean laundry.
* Record general observations, contribute to resident assessments and identify diversional therapy needs.
* Complete documentation according to established policies and procedures.

* DHS Working With Children Check (WWCC)
* DHS National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Check
* National Police Certificate (NPC) for employment involving unsupervised contact with vulnerable groups.
Immunisation Risk for this position: Category A (direct contact with blood or body substances).
