Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated individuals with excellent communication skills to join our Customer Service team. As a Customer Success Team Member, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service mainly through phone interactions. It is a Part Time position with potential to transition into Full Time position for the right person. Applicants must have a valid driver's license, as travel to our properties will be needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet check-in guests and promptly respond to any issues when necessary
- Handle customer requests and complaints via phone, email, face-to-face, etc
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document issues
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve guests' requirements efficiently
- Manage customer expectations and de-escalate emotional situations professionally
- Follow up on cases to ensure proper resolution and customer satisfaction
- Ensure all complaints are closed in accordance with company procedures
Requirements
- Customer service or complaint-handling experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with clear and professional English
- Emotionally stable, patient, and able to work under pressure
- Strong sense of responsibility and good execution ability
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
