We are seeking a Senior Maximo Specialist to drive business and process improvements for our client by developing, managing, and supporting their Asset Management System.
This is a hands-on, strategic role for someone who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, architecting solutions, leading enhancements, and driving real business process improvement. You'll be the go-to Maximo expert, shaping how the platform supports operations, compliance, and future growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and evolve the Asset Management System (IBM Maximo) across the organisation
* Design and architect solutions that improve business processes
* Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery
* Lead Maximo-related projects, enhancements, integrations, and governance
* Ensure the system supports compliance and operational excellence
What we're looking for:
* Deep functional understanding of asset management and business processes
* Technical expertise in IBM Maximo (workflows, security, app designer, database configuration)
* Proven experience designing solutions, not just configuring tasks
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to lead solution design, mentor junior team members, and drive improvements
Must-Have Qualifications:
* 7+ years hands-on IBM Maximo experience
* Experience designing and owning Maximo solutions
* Comfortable engaging with business stakeholders
* Experience leading Maximo enhancements or projects
* Background in asset-heavy industries (facilities management, utilities, transport, mining, government) is highly regarded
