**ABOUT THE ROLE**
As an Optical Dispenser you will
- Work with the team to provide personalised solutions for our customers
- Drive sales through exceptional retail skills and knowledge
- Be able to perform dispensing and frame adjustment
- Be willing to keep up to date with frame fashions and trends
- Provide superior experiences for customers throughout their journey in practice and beyond
This is a part time role, minimum 18hrs including Thursday, Friday and alternate Saturday mornings with the option of adding another weekday.
This role may from time to time support leave cover on top of regular hours.

- Be a qualified or on-the-job trained Optical Dispenser
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Efficiently make and follow-up appointment bookings

- Fashion conscious
- Understand retail methodologies and have a proven sales record
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to learn and conduct optometric pre-testing
- Have a great can-do attitude, willing to go the extra mile
