About the RoleWe're seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Club Manager to join our team at Anytime Fitness Aberfoyle Park.
This hands-on role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and wants to be part of a supportive fitness community.
Key Responsibilities
Membership Growth: Assist in converting prospect inquiries into new memberships.
Sales & Service: Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, social media, and our CRM system.
Member Engagement: Interact with members on the gym floor, build strong relationships, and foster a positive culture.
Club Presentation: Maintain our 5-star cleaning and hygiene standards to ensure the club always looks its best.
Content Creation: Capture photos and videos for social media to showcase our vibrant club community.
Reception Duties: General admin and front-desk responsibilities to support smooth day-to-day operations.
Availability: Monday – Saturday
About You
Friendly, approachable, and passionate about fitness and people
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
A proactive attitude with excellent communication skills
Comfortable using social media and creating engaging content
Sales or customer service experience is highly regarded (fitness industry experience is a bonus, but not essential)
