About the Role

A seasoned project management professional is required to oversee complex construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in building and construction, with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and support projects from planning through to completion.
* Interpret architectural and engineering plans with precision.
* Coordinate council permits and ensure compliance with regulations.
* Assist with procurement, supplier sourcing, and tender preparation.
* Prepare variations, progress claims, and maintain accurate documentation.
* Conduct audits on job costs, safety compliance, and site standards.

Requirements

* Trade background or tertiary qualification in Building & Construction (or related discipline).
* Proven experience in project management within construction.
* Strong understanding of domestic insurance industry processes.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Gantt Chart scheduling systems.
