Job Overview:
* Contact members of the public to offer them a more competitive price on their power bill and convert those interested into sales.
* Work as an outbound phone sales agent making calls on behalf of our major energy retailer client in Tasmania.
As a successful candidate, you will be required to make outgoing phone calls, negotiate and close deals, handle objections, and provide exceptional customer service. You will also have access to our advanced software system for training and support.
Key Responsibilities:
* A stable and reliable internet connection that allows you to work from home.
* A dedicated home office space away from distractions and noise.
* Confidence to make outbound phone calls and objection handle where necessary.
* Headset with noise cancelling microphone.
* Windows PC with Windows 10 or above.
* Availability of 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 11am and 8pm.
