Located in the beautiful Shellharbour region, this role plays a vital part in supporting our multi-disciplined therapeutic service streams. Through interpersonal skill, handling general reception duties and a range of admin tasks throughout the organisation. We are seeking a part time employee (3 days per week).
To excel in this role, you will need exceptional written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Products and a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Strong multi-tasking abilities, self-motivation, and the capacity to work effectively and positively as part of a team are also essential qualities for success.

Essential criteria (Qualifications, Skills, Experience and Value-Add)
* Minimum of 2 years' face to face administrative experience;
* Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact well with consumers of a service, including vulnerable children and families;
* Strong proactive problem-solving ability
* Excellent prioritisation and time management capacity, with a friendly, calm, measured and proactive demeanor to complete work with high quality – first time resolution in a high-volume community service operating environment;
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
* Demonstrated and proven lived values aligned to ours – Compassion, Accountability, Respect, Empowerment (CARE) with Integrity and Positivity;
* Ability to obtain Working with Children’s Check and National Police Check (NPC) clearances.
