Overview
Zeus 4x4 is one of Australia's fastest‐growing off‐road accessory brands. We are seeking a motivated and reliable Sales & Operations Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in 4x4 accessories who can manage both front‐end sales and back‐end operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate quotes and invoices using Xero
* Follow up on sales leads and outstanding quotes
* Provide knowledgeable advice on 4x4 accessories, including bullbars, racks, canopies, and lighting
* Coordinate freight bookings and prepare shipping labels
* Support the warehouse with order processing and dispatch
* Ensure a smooth customer journey from enquiry to delivery
What We're Looking For
* Solid understanding of 4x4 accessories and vehicle modifications
* Experience in sales or customer service
* Proficiency with Xero (or similar accounting/invoicing systems)
* Highly organized and able to manage follow‐up tasks efficiently
* Comfortable in a quick‐paced environment with a hands‐on attitude
* A genuine passion for the off‐road industry and customer satisfaction

Salary & Hours
Pay: From $46,460.00 per year
Schedule: 8‐hour shift

Relocation: Preferably reliable commute or planning to relocate before starting work in Pakenham VIC 3810.
