The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to lead, develop, and support our national field sales team while driving sustainable revenue growth.
This hands-on leadership role combines strategic sales management with time in the field, ensuring strong customer relationships and sales strategies that align with Futuresleep's manufacturing and operational capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Account Managers to achieve sales targets
* Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business and manufacturing capacity
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
* Conduct regular field visits to support team performance and customer outcomes
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
* Analyse sales performance, track KPIs, and report insights to senior leadership
* Collaborate closely with Operations, Production, and Supply Chain teams
* Manage customer expectations around lead times, capacity, and service levels
About You
* Proven experience in sales leadership, ideally within a manufacturing or production-led environment
* Strong ability to balance commercial outcomes with operational capability
* Exceptional people leadership, coaching, and communication skills
* Strategic thinker with a hands-on, field-based approach
* Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship management skills
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple territories and priorities
* Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly
