Discover more via our website. Your next career opportunity: In this role, you will connect students with employers, industry bodies and alumni through impactful engagement activities. You will design and deliver initiatives that build employability, protect student welfare, and support organisations recruiting future talent. What you will deliver: Design, coordinate and deliver co-curricular events, programmes and content that connect students with employers and industry professionals. Build and manage productive relationships with external organisations, professional associations and government to generate high-value student opportunities. Collaborate with faculties, Student and Scholarly Services and Advancement to align activities, share insights and maximise impact. Oversee approvals, quality and enquiries for the Careers Online jobs board, ensuring accurate, student- safe and compliant listings. Use data and feedback to evaluate engagement, report on outcomes and drive continuous improvement in services and processes. You may be a great fit if you: Bring experience in business development, sales, account management or employer engagement within a client-facing environment. Demonstrate success building and maintaining partnerships with diverse stakeholders, ideally including various work sectors, government and/or membership associations. Navigate fast-paced workloads, prioritising multiple events and projects while maintaining high-quality, student- centred service delivery. Apply knowledge of graduate recruitment practices and labour market trends to design relevant, timely engagement opportunities for students. Adapt quickly to new technologies and systems, confidently working across multiple digital platforms and communication channels. Show resilience, sound judgement and attention to detail when assessing opportunities, safeguarding student welfare and managing rejection. For further information please refer to the attached PD. The team connects students with employers, alumni and industry bodies through events, mentoring and targeted programmes. Working with colleagues across faculties, Advancement and central services, you will help showcase student talent to employers.
