Overview
We are looking for a creative lead to join our TDF - Diamonds and Gold. The minimum requirement is at least five years of creative experience in creative designing, visual design and illustration, preferable. Our ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and attention to detail and artistic flair. They\'re also able to manage small creative teams and guide projects towards a single vision. Typical responsibilities include managing creative projects, collaborating with other departments, leading regular meetings with team members and designing assets, logos, brochures, etc.

Key Responsibilities
* Conceptualize and design visual elements, including logos, websites, marketing collateral, advertisements, social media graphics, and more.
* Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand project goals and deliver effective design solutions.
* Ensure all design work is aligned with brand guidelines and meets client expectations.
* Create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design tools, continuously incorporating new techniques and technologies.
* Assist in developing creative strategies and campaigns.
* Present design concepts and ideas to clients and internal teams, incorporating feedback to refine and improve designs.
* Produce high-quality graphics while meeting project deadlines.
* Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Proven experience as a Creative Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills.
* Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design tools.
* Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.
* Ability to take creative direction and provide innovative design solutions.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
* Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
