Your Role
You will have the opportunity to create engaging learning experiences, build meaningful relationships, collaborate and grow, and ensure safety and compliance as a Certificate III or Diploma Educator with us.
Responsibilities:
1. Create fun, creative, and tailored educational activities that nurture children's curiosity and development.
2. Connect with children and families to foster a warm and inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome.
3. Maintain a safe environment and follow the National Quality Framework (NQF), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF) guidelines.
About You
You're a dedicated, enthusiastic educator who loves working with young children and fostering their development. You're looking for flexibility and opportunities to grow in your career. Ideally, you'll have:
* A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or working towards it).
* VIT registration as an ECT.
* A strong understanding of the NQF, EYLF, and VEYLDF frameworks.
* The ability to create and deliver engaging, child-centred learning activities.
* A valid Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC), current First Aid certification, and a Police Check (or willingness to obtain them).
* A friendly, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work with different age groups in various settings.
