As a Retail Sales Consultant, you'll be the friendly face that welcomes customers into the showroom and guides them through one of the most exciting parts of their home or renovation journey.
Whether they're updating a bathroom, building a new home, or refreshing a living space, you'll provide expert advice, genuine care, and tailored product solutions to help them make confident decisions. From builders and renovators to everyday homeowners, no two customers - or days - are ever the same.
Reporting to the Store Manager, this role is a great mix of customer connection, consultative selling, and showroom excellence. You'll assist with customer enquiries, process sales and orders accurately, follow up quotes and opportunities, and help maintain a beautiful showroom that inspires every customer who walks through the door.

With a strong focus on service and results, you enjoy building relationships, finding the right solutions, and contributing to a high-performing team.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Experience in retail sales or a similar customer-focused role
* A proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
* Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
* A mature, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Confidence using technology and managing administrative tasks
* The physical capability to safely lift and move products (up to 25kg)
* A current forklift licence, or willingness to obtain one
* Trade sales experience will be highly regarded, but is not essential
