We are currently seeking a skilled Content Delivery Specialist to join our team. The purpose of this role is to ensure digital support service levels are met as per agreed service level agreements.


Duties and Responsibilities:

* Maintaining, tracking, and communicating to managed service providers a pipeline of client demand to enable appropriate support services to be available in times of high and low demand or through critical business milestones.
* Monitoring and assuring support service quality against agreed key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level targets.
* Ensuring all production systems are supported and that an effective handover to support processes exists and is followed before accepting new systems into the environment.
* Driving continuous improvement opportunities related to portfolios of supported systems, applications, or technologies.
* Understanding who key stakeholders are for assigned portfolios of supported systems, applications, or technologies and ensuring their interests are understood and addressed.
* Managing business expectations with regards to digital services and project delivery outcomes.
* Facilitating the implementation of service improvement actions and programs.


Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years' experience in project coordination roles working with M365 EDRMS and digital teams. They should also have experience taking a leading role in managing change, coordinating related activities, and coaching team members.

A strong understanding of collaboration, stakeholder management, business writing, and workshop facilitation skills is essential. Additionally, the ability to manage and deliver projects within the M365 EDRMS environment, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines, is crucial.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and manage relationships with stakeholders across various digital teams.

They will also be responsible for caring for the M365 EDRMS environment, ensuring changes are well-documented and integrated smoothly, and monitoring and ensuring the performance of the M365 EDRMS environment, including resource management and system optimization.
