Associate Buyers Agent

We're looking for someone with a genuine passion for property. Prior industry experience is ideal but not essential: the right attitude, energy, and commitment are what matter most.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the team throughout the property search and buying process
* Coordinate and attend property inspections
* Manage client communications and updates
* Assist with research, due diligence, and property sourcing
* Maintain CRM systems and admin to a high standard
* Take initiative and keep the team one step ahead
Who We're Looking For
* Ambitious and committed to a long-term career in property
* Highly organised, proactive, and uses common sense
* A great communicator (verbal and written)
* Able to multi-task and work well under pressure
* Well-presented, reliable, and confident
* Familiarity with property or real estate is an advantage
* QLD Cert IV in Real Estate Practice is a bonus, not essential
* Own transport and Saturday availability is essential
