Job Description 
We are looking for an experienced and passionate individual with a robust background in horticulture and proven managerial skills. 
Key Responsibilities 
Plant Cultivation: Plan and manage planting schedules, implement cultivation techniques, and ensure optimal plant health. 
Staff Management: Train and supervise nursery staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring efficient teamwork. 
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of plant inventory, implement control measures, and oversee stock rotation. 
Quality Control: Establish and enforce quality standards for plant health, appearance, and overall product quality. 
Customer Relations: Interact with customers, provide information on plant varieties, and enhance relationships within the community. 
Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets. 
Budgeting and Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and identify cost-saving opportunities. 
Facility and Equipment Management: Oversee maintenance of greenhouses, irrigation systems, and facilities. 
Qualifications 
Qualification in Horticulture, Agriculture, and/or wholesale/retail nursery preferred. 
Proven experience in plant nursery and production management or a similar role. 
Strong leadership and communication skills. 
Excellent knowledge of plant cultivation techniques, pest control, and disease prevention.
