AO3 Communication Officer
This role will alleviate operational tasks from senior team members, providing significant assistance across project planning and execution.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Support project stakeholders through low-risk engagement and assist with meetings as needed.
* Digital Content Creation: Develop and update project webpages, create analytic reports, and manage digital content.
* Correspondence Management: Oversee correspondence trackers and handle stakeholder communication responses.
* Documentation and Data Entry: Source stakeholder information and enter data into spreadsheets for consultation managers.
* Project Materials Development: Design and distribute project flyers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in administrative or project support roles, preferably in a government environment.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing correspondence trackers and data entry.
* Ability to develop digital content (webpages, updates, reports) and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proactive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
