This role involves facilitating industry connections and employment opportunities, as well as providing tailored case management services.
We partner with employers to find the right people for their business.
The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude and drive to achieve positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate job readiness training.
* Broker sustainable employment placements.
* Partner with employers to coordinate recruitment and onboarding services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in Employment Services or Recruitment.
* IT skills including MS Office.
* Current Driver's License.
* A Working with Children check.
* First Aid & CPR.
