We are looking for Casual staff to join our Ballina Store. Staff support parents and students with purchasing educational resources. From School Uniforms, Textbooks, Stationery, Technology to Musical Equipment and more, we aim to assist all Students with Unlocking their Potential
Responsibilities and Duties
* Excellent Customer service and communication skills
* Comfortable with POS and inventory management systems
* Diligent computer-based processing of sales and stock movement
* Accurate receiving and dispatching of transfer orders and purchase orders
* Daily picking and packing of customer online orders
* The initiative to maintain the store across merchandising standards, sales execution, direction from the support office
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Record keeping/administration skills
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Enthusiastic and positive attitude to work
* Excellent time management skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
* Ability to meet deadlines
