About the role This is a senior national sales leadership role responsible for owning and driving the commercial growth engine of a market‑leading hospitality equipment business operating across Australia.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead a multi‑territory national sales team and personally close major, high‑value transactions. This role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on selling and requires deep understanding of long‑cycle, consultative hospitality equipment sales.
You will establish sales structure, cadence and discipline, build a high‑performance culture, and create predictable revenue growth across multiple industry verticals including hospitality, aged care, institutional, accommodation and investor‑led developments.
Duties
Lead, structure and coach a small sales team with scale to grow
Set and own sales targets, KPIs and revenue forecasts
Win and close high‑value hospitality equipment opportunities
Build pipeline discipline and forecasting accuracy through CRM
Drive new business across priority industry verticals
Protect pricing and margin through disciplined deal structuring
Own key national and strategic customer relationships
Develop and execute national sales strategy aligned to growth plans
Partner with service and operations teams on solution delivery
Grow aftermarket, consumables and service‑based revenue
Skills and Experience
Senior sales leadership experience in hospitality or cleaning equipment, or other similar machinery
Proven success in long‑cycle, consultative B2B sales environments
Experience leading multi‑territory or national sales teams
Strong commercial acumen with margin and deal discipline
Background selling into hospitality, aged care or institutional sectors
CRM proficiency and data‑led pipeline management capability
Willingness to travel nationally to win and lead major deals
