About The Role
Our ideal candidate will be a qualified mental health professional with experience in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS). As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will have the opportunity to coordinate and deliver TMS services that are evidence-based, trauma-informed, and client-centred.
* The successful candidate will hold a relevant postgraduate qualification or possess extensive experience in mental health and TMS.
* You will have a proven track record of providing clinical leadership and resource management, as well as experience in clinical mentorship and coaching.
* Advanced clinical decision-making skills and the ability to work autonomously are essential for this role.
* A commitment to delivering recovery-oriented and trauma-informed care is crucial in this position.
* Excellent communication and documentation skills are necessary for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, patients, and families.
