About the Role
Due to expansion of Eldercare's retirement living portfolio, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Retirement Living Community Manager to join our team. Based on-site, you will provide leadership and management of all operations within a retirement living community in the western suburbs. You will create a welcoming, enriching environment where residents can thrive and enjoy their retirement years to the fullest. This is achieved through excellent customer service, prompt responses to enquiries, and addressing resident needs efficiently so they feel valued and understood.
You will oversee day-to-day operations including financial management, staff management, resident liaison and coordination of human and material resources and internal and external services providers.
Responsibilities
* Provide leadership and management of all operations within a retirement living community in the western suburbs.
* Deliver high-quality customer service; respond promptly to enquiries and address resident needs effectively.

What You Will Bring
* Experience in Retirement Living, Aged Care or Property Management at a supervisory or management level.
* Exceptional customer service and leadership skills.
* Understanding of the Retirement Villages Act and the retirement living industry.
