**Finance Operations Analyst**
My client, a leading financial services firm is currently seeking a Finance Operations Analyst to join on a contract basis.
**Key responsibilities**:
- End to end lifecycle management and status reporting of Technology requisitions (purchase orders)
- Logging and tracking of expenses to support forecasting and budgeting
- Quality assurance and reconciliation for invoice processing
- Engagement with relevant team members, stakeholders and vendors
- Timely and effective response to queries, risks and issues.
- Continous improvement of tools, processes, and reporting to better support your responsibilities and the evolving needs of the business.
- Effective maintenance of shared mailbox(es), folder structures and the data integrity of registers
**Key requirements**:
- Experience working with IT Procurement
- Good understanding of accounting such as reconciliation
- Experience generating Purchase Orders and managing Vendors
