Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include:
1. Managing files from inception to completion, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
2. Providing exceptional customer service, responding to queries and concerns from clients, real estate agents and other stakeholders.
3. Liaising with various parties, including real estate agents, banks and government authorities, to ensure timely and smooth settlements.
4. Preparing and processing documents associated with property sales and purchases, including statements and searches.
5. Maintaining accurate records and filing systems, ensuring easy access to important documents.
6. Creating PEXA workspaces and entering details for settlements, as required.
