As our Central Coast team grows, our aim is to establish a new clinic on the Coast. We are looking for an OT keen to expand their career to work towards a leadership role and play an integral part in shaping our future.Responsibilities:Evaluate client physical, emotional, and developmental needs.Develop individualised therapy plans based on client assessments.Educate clients and their families on techniques and strategies to promote independence.Document and maintain accurate client records and progress notes.Stay updated with the latest industry practices and treatment techniques.Work with and guide Allied Health Assistants to help you with your case list.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist in NSW.Current Driver’s license with a reliable safe vehicle and comprehensive insurance (work-related KM’s are payable within payroll).First Aid and CPR RegistrationCurrent Working With Children’s CheckStrong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving clients' well-being.How to Apply:Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and cover letter to admin@spots4all.com.au
