Key Responsibilities
* Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Robinson helicopters.
* Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
* Perform 12 year / 2200-hour overhauls.
* Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, adhering to regulatory and company standards.
* Collaborate with the flight school team to manage aircraft availability and reliability.
* Stay updated with the latest Robinson maintenance procedures and industry regulations.
What We're Looking For
* Experience: Proven experience in helicopter maintenance, with a strong focus on Robinson aircraft. Experience on Turbine aircraft (AS350) is desirable.
* Qualifications: Ideally a LAME qualification or at least working towards one.
* Skills: Exceptional problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Attitude: A proactive approach, team‑oriented mindset, and a passion for aviation safety.
* Flexibility: Willingness to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
* Work Eligibility: Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
* Commencement: Early 2026
